Spent Xmas Holidays here and had an awesome experience. The place was sparkling clean and can’t fault the hospitality of the staff. The rooms offered a great hot shower to unwind, which was truly delightful after exploring the city all day. the option of having transport easily available around the key location area was a plus. The fact that it’s an easy walk from the tourist bus station, the TIMS office and local restaurants allowed us to discover new dining experiences. Loved the personal touch, where the staff recommended places to eat and visit.
We had no complaints about the place and service provided. The only downside was the hidden location, but Google helped us locate it and that didn't change the excellent time we had at this hidden gem of a place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I really appreciated how close it was to everything in the city - within walking distance of all places in lakeside and close to some local restaurants. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot shower was a nice touch after a long day of exploring. The location was convenient for exploring the area and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the friendly staff.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the noise. The walls were thin and we could hear everything going on in the nearby rooms and hallway.
